Can't take screenshots of a udemy course video in Windows

 Solution: To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

1. Open the browser.

2. Go to "Settings" menu.

3. In the Settings menu, type "acceleration" in the search bar.

4. Disable this option.

5. Once disabled, relaunch the browser.
